How fast can you get someone out?

Most of the time, same day. Our plumbers work across Melbourne so there's usually a van close by. Ring us and we'll give you a real window rather than a vague "sometime this afternoon". If it's an emergency and sewage or water is going somewhere it shouldn't, say so on the phone and we'll prioritise it.

Do you charge just to come out and look?

No. The callout is free in the local area, so you only pay for the work. A couple of exceptions apply for far outer suburbs and some after hours jobs, and we'll tell you on the phone before you book rather than springing it on you later.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. You get a written quote before anyone picks up a tool, and that's what you pay. If we open something up and find a bigger problem, we stop, show you, and requote. Nothing gets done that you haven't agreed to.
